Becky Bass went to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at the age of 68. She was a native and long-time resident of Baton Rouge, LA. She was a member of Parkview Baptist Church, loved animals, was an avid gardener, enjoyed baking, and entertaining her friends and family. Becky is survived by her husband of 41 years, John Bass; daughters, Jamie Tairov and husband, Giovanni, and Julie Brune and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Rebecca and Jonathan Tairov and Karis and Karlee Brune; sister, Susan Mitchell and husband, Gerald; brother, Joseph Jenkins; numerous other family members. Becky is preceded in death by her parents, Alex and Mary Virginia Sziszak. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595 Florida Blvd., Baton Rouge, LA, on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, from 10:00AM until the time of funeral service at 12:00PM. Burial will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
