He was born on July 21, 1953, in Lexington to the late Joseph Newberg and Elna Bassett Newberg. Kenneth was a graduate of Tates Creek High School. He then went on to serve 8 years in the United States Army as a Sergeant and special agent in Military Intelligence. He then worked in I.T. for Multi-Link. Other than his wife he is survived by his daughter, Kara Newberg; brother, Mark Newberg (Ann); grandson, Keith Reed; sister in law, Linda Newberg; and several nieces and nephews. Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents; son, Keith Newberg; siblings, Joseph Newberg (Vicki), and Roger Newberg, and Daniel Newberg; and grandchild, Chloe Newberg. Funeral services will be held at 2PM Monday, December 19, 2022, at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home ? Main Street. Visitation will be prior from 12-2PM Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Lexington Cemetery.
