Tytiana "Ana" Bass, age 24 was born on March 22, 1998 in New Orleans, LA entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 10, 2022. She was graduate of Cohen College Prep High School c/o 2016 in New Orleans, LA. She was a dedicated cook at Popeyes Louisiana Chicken. Tytiana in her spare time loved spending time with her siblings taking care of her pets and loved playing her play station game system. She was the beloved daughter of Shequila E. Bass and the late Tyrone D. Washington. Grand daughter of the late Donald Bass and Sheila Bass. Loving sister of DJuan, Tyray Washington, Tymeceon, Cineca, Shaquille Bass, Cinmond, Cinjia, Cincere Richardson and the late Tyrone Bass. Step-daughter of Cineca Richardson. Aunt of Precious Danee' Bass Ca'lanie Cailashae Bass. Niece of Taquisha Washington, Tequila Thomas, Jovan Bass and Jermond Bass. Devoted friend of Allison Keeler, Zakia Hankton and Tia Thomas. Devoted cousin of Shelita Fox, Troyneka Jones and the late Jeviron Jones. Relatives and friends of the family, also Pastor, officers and members of Israelite B.C. and Pastor support Ministry, employees of Chateau De Notre Dame, Popeyes Louisiana Chicken and Waffle House are invited to attend the Celebration of Life on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Israelite Baptist Church, 2100 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd at 10:00 a.m. Visitation form 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Pastor Troy Lawrence, Sr., Officiating. Sheila Elizabeth Jones Bass
Sheila Elizabeth Jones Bass, a loving and caring mother, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully on May 17, 2021 at the age of 65. Beloved daughter of the late Evans and Shirley Jones. Sheila was preceded in death by her loving husband the late Donald Bass, her son Demond Bass, her sister and brothers Donna, Gregory, and Rodney Jones. Grandmother of the late Tyrone Bass. She is survived by her 4 loving children Shequila, Tequila (Kevin), Jovan and Jermond Bass, her beautiful 18 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She will also be greatly missed by a host of family and friends. A Visitation will be held at Gentilly Baptist Church 5141 Franklin Ave. at 6:00pm on Friday, May 28, 2021 with a Home Going Celebration at 7:00pm to 9:00pm, followed by a private burial. Due to COVID-19, everyone attending is required to wear masks and adhere to social distancing. Gatherings are limited (No Exceptions).
