William F. Bass
BASS, William F. - Age 71, native of Fenton, MI died unexpectedly in Louisville, KY on May 8, 2005. Bill was a University of Michigan graduate and veteran of the Korean War who went on to become an executive for Cummins Engine Co. Bill was predeceased by his wife of 37 years, Martha Moyer. Bill will be dearly missed by his family and friends: three beloved sons, William A. Bass and wife Cynthia of Clarkston, MI, Marc B. Bass and wife Tara of New Fairfield, CT and R. Scott Bass of Chicago, IL. His memory will be cherished by his five grandchildren Chloe, Charlotte, Marc, William and Abigail. He was the loving brother of Marilyn Laycock and Jim Bass. Bill will be remembered for his kind heart, good natured ribbing and his sense of style. His zest for life was a joy for all who knew him. The family will receive friends at St. Jude's Episcopal Church, Sunday May 15, 2005 from 1-2PM, with a memorial service immediately following.
