  Notes	St. Albans Daily Messenger, Friday, August 13, 1982 Richford News News has been received here of the death of Ernest E. Bessette, 79, of Northfield Rd., Berlin, Vt., July 28 , at the Berlin Convalescent Center following a long illness. He was bor in Richford, May 21, 1908, son of Andrew and Mary (Fournier) Bessette. His father died in 1949 and Mrs. Bessette in 1951, he leaves only a sister, Sister Mary Andrew (Oressa) Bessette of the Sisters of Mercy of Burlington and several cousins. He had been employed for several years with the Allen Lumber Co., Montpelier before retiring. A funeral service was held in Montpelier with burial taking place in All Saints Cemetery, Richford.
