Barbara Elizabeth Bass
BASS, Barbara Elizabeth, 85, resident of Prattville, AL, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 9, 2025. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Prattville Memorial Chapel with Pastor Don Paine, Pastor Phillip DeMint and Pastor Logan Sankey officiating. Burial will follow at Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Mrs. Bass was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Bass; parents, Morris and Mary Perry; sister, Shirley Riley. She is survived by her loving husband of 66 years, George Bass; two daughters, Robin Yoder (Owen) and Laurie DeMint (Phillip); ten grandchildren, Amanda Boswell, Drew Bass, Ashley Brimer, Daniel Durr, David Durr, Jonathan Durr, Adrienne Davis, Andrew DeMint, Amy Rochelle Rohweder and Alivia Current; 13 great-grandchildren; extended family and friends. Pallbearers will be Drew Bass, Andrew DeMint, David Durr, Daniel Durr, Jeremy Davis and Jesse Current.
