Jeffery John Bass
Memorial services for Jeffery John Bass were held at 1 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Pineville, La., with Father Steve Brandow officiating.
The family requested that visitation be observed at Hixson Brothers, Pineville Sunday, from 12 p.m. until time of service.
Mr. Bass, 39, of Monroe, La., passed from this life on Wednesday, Dec. 25, at LSUS Medical Center, Shreveport, La. Jeffery attended Tioga High School and University of Louisiana at Monroe, and he served in the National Guard. He was an avid fisherman, his daughter, mother, father and brothers will miss him. Even in death, Jeffery gave the gift of life to nine recipients.
His grandparents, Garland and Beverly Kahl and James and Wenell Bass, preceded him in death.
Those left to cherish his memory include his daughter, Kaylen Bass; mother, Tressie Ann Kahl Bass; father, David Bass Sr., and wife, Judy; brothers, David Bass Jr., Guy Bass, Keith Bass and Kevin Bass; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
