Ann Bass Vernon, 76, of Sharpsburg, passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side on October 18, 2026. She was born on January 22, 1950.
She was preceded in death by her husband RH Vernon and her parents Mr. & Mrs. Leland Bass.
Ann was a devoted wife, mom and grandmother whose life was full of love and centered around family.
Ann is survived by her son Allen Vernon (Latisha); daughter Wanda West (Brian); grandchildren that she loved so much, Taylor Ricks (Logan), Nicholas Vernon (Harris), Michael Vernon, Brodie West; and Bear her dog she loved so much; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends who will forever hold her memory close.
A visitation will be held from 5:30pm- 7:00pm on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at Cornerstone Funeral Home.
