Mrs. Kanolia Diane Bass Randolph
Mrs. Kanolia Diane Bass Randolph - Funeral was held Sunday November 26, 1978; 2:00 p.m. at Magnolia Baptist Church Newellton, Louisiana; Pastor Reverend A. Roberts. She was born to Mrs. Mary L. Bass and the late Ambras Bass Sr. October 4th, 1957 in Newellton, La. She graduated from Newellton High in 1975 and attended Grambling State University in Grambling, La.
Sister Randolph was a member of the Optimist Club in Newellton, Louisiana. She confessed Christ in 1971 at the Magnolia Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend A. Roberts and remained a member until death, November 18, 1978. She is survived by her husband, Mr. Roosevelt Randolph, one daughter, Margo Sheree Randolph, age three; mother Mrs. Mary L. Bass, Newellton, Louisiana, four brothers, Ambrase, John and Nolan Bass of Newellton, Calvin Bass of Las Vegas, Nevada; three sisters; Mrs. Naomi Denson of Las Vegas, Nevada, Mrs. Mattie B. Ward, Rialto, California and Mrs. Betty Baily, Los Angeles, California; five uncles; Louis Teate, Los Angeles, California; George W. Teate, Houston, Texas, Richard Teate, James Bass and Mitchell Bass of Newellton, Louisiana; four aunts; Mrs. Racheal McHenry, Las Vegas, Nevada; Mrs. Kanolia Williams and Mrs. Martha Bass of Newellton, La., Mrs. Josephene Lee of St. Joseph, La.; two great aunts, Mrs. Betty Jackson and Mrs. Emma South of Newellton, La. and a host of relatives and friends.
