Marshall Bassett
Marshall I. Bassett, age 58 of 14 East South Ave., Canton, died at the Williamsport Hospital Friday, Oct. 14, 1977.
He was the son of Harry and Viletta Miller Bassett.
Mr. Bassett was born in Canton June 17, 1919. He was a self-employed painter and was an Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his mother, Viletta; brother, James Ardell Bassett of Canton RD 1; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral and committal services were held Monday at 2:00 p.m. from the Morse Funeral Home, 12 E. Main St., Canton.
