  Notes	The Macon Telegraph, Georgia, Saturday, 8 August 1959 Ulma L. Bass JACKSONVILLE ? Funeral services for Ulma L. Bass, 70, will be held at 11 a.m. in Blockhouse Baptist Church. The Rev. Wade Ward and the Rev. Horace Faircloth will officiate with burial to follow in the church cemetery. A native of Greene County, Mr. Bass died Thursday at the home of his son, Lamar Bass, in Abbeville. He was a retired farmer. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margie Kennedy, Glen St. Mary, Fla.; five sons, Lamara and Cyrus Bass, Abbeville, Horace Bass of of Jacksonville and J.W. Bass of Leesburg and Wayne Bass of Albany, N.Y.; two brothers, W. H. Bass of Milan and B.F. Bass of Orlando, Fla.; sister, Mrs. Cora Ward, Lumber City; 23 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Jamerson Funeral Home of Abbeville is in charge of arrangements.
