      Jo Doublin Is Bride Of Larry Bass

      WICKLIFFE, Ky., April 3 ? Miss Jo Doublin of Wickliffe Rt. 2 and Larry Bass of Wickliffe, were united in marriage Friday, March 20, at 6:30 p.m. in the First Christian Church in Wickliffe. The wedding vows were exchanged in a simple, impressive candlelight ceremony with the pastor, the Rev. W.W. Morris, reading the double-ring ceremony.
      The altar held two baskets of white gladioli and yellow carnations with white tapers in tiered candelabra on either side. Miss Barbara Gill, organist, presented the program of nuptial music.
      The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Bobbie Jean Yarbrough of Wickliffe Rt. 2, and Bailey Doublin of Osawatomie, Kan. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James E. Bass of Wickliffe.
      The bride was given in marriage by her great-uncle, Newton Belt. She was attired in a floor-length yellow lace dress over satin her shoulder-length veil of silk illusion was attached to a yellow lace bow. She carried a colonial bouquet of white mums centered with a white orchid, with yellow and white satin streamers tied in love knots.
      Miss Janet Frizzell of Mound City, Ill., was maid of honor and wore a light green crepe dress with lace sleeves. She carried a bouquet of white mums with white and green streamers. Her headpiece was a large green lace bow.
      Earl Yarbrough served as best man. Phillip Hunt and Bobby Rials were ushers and lit the candles.
      The bridal couple was complimented with a reception given by Mrs. Maurice Dunn, Mrs. Charles Morris and Mrs. S.D. Sinnott. Wedding cake and punch were served by Miss Ann Hunt and Miss Teresa Morris, assisted by Miss Ann Melton.
      Following a short honeymoon the couple is residing in Wickliffe.
