Pawtucket ? Rose Bessette
ROSE BESSETTE, 87, of 140 Hunts Ave., a spinner for the former J&P Coats Co. for 15 years before retiring many years ago, died yesterday at Miriam Hospital. She was the wife of the late Harvey L. Bessette.
Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Andrew and Catherine (Capocci) Pascale, she had lived in Pawtucket most of her life.
Mrs. Bessette was a communicant of the Church of St. Leo the Great.
She leaves a daughter, Rita E. Faulkner of Pawtucket; a sister, Angelina DeSanto of Lincoln; three brothers, Peter P. Pascale of Lincoln, Carmen Pascale in Florida and Anthony Pascale of Pawtucket; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Frank, Michael and Andrew Pascale, and Mary Zaccardelli.
The funeral will be held Monday at 8:45 a.m. from the Bellows Funeral Chapel, 160 River Rd., Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at the Church of St. Leo the Great, 697 Central Ave. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
