Bass; daughter, Tracy Mead and husband, Jeff, of Flower Mound, Texas; sister, Loretta DeVore and husband, David, of Springdale; and four grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held. Memorials may be made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale. Arrangements under the care and direction of Westfield Chapel Funeral Home in Springdale.
