Mrs. Melvin Bassett?s Mother Succumbs
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon in Youngstown, Ohio, in memory of Mrs. Anna Hartland, 82, mother of Mrs. Melvin Bassett of Kane, who succumbed suddenly Sunday from a heart attack.
She was living at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edward Hallberg. Survivors include six daughters and one son. Mr. and Mrs. Bassett will attend the funeral.
Jerome served as a private in Company K., 83rd Pennsylvania Volunteers enlisting on 13 Sep 1861 and being discharged 23 Feb 1863.
